Inga Paige currently serves as the Executive Director for Tessera. Inga attended Boise State University and majored in Communications with a Public Relations emphasis. She has held several positions with various nonprofits as well as having worked for both the federal and state government.
Prior to joining Tessera she served as the Executive Director for the Northwest Infant Survival & SIDS Alliance, a non-profit dedicated supporting families that have suffered a loss and providing safe sleep information for infants, and as the Director of Fund Development for Bridgeways, a not-for-profit community mental health agency serving Snohomish County that utilizes community resources to support clients in learning to manage their disease and symptoms, providing key services to adults ages 18 and above who suffer serious, chronic mental illness. Inga is also currently an active member on the Board of Directors for the Edmonds Community Foundation and has served on several other boards previously.
Inga’s vision, leadership skills and experience will implement Tessera’s mission and grow the organization and programs to the communities it serves.
Tiffany Crosby is the Event Coordinator for Tessera responsible for the Unspoken Angel Golf Invitational. She is a graduate of the University of Washington with a Bachelors degree in English.
Tiffany has been planning events for the past 15 years with corporations, non-profits and community organizations. She worked for two different food manufacturing companies that gave her the experience to work in sales as well as coordinating many of the corporate sales trainings and product launch programs.
Working with Tessera gives Tiffany the opportunity to explore her passion for event planning while making a difference for individuals in need.
Barb Fotheringill is the Grants and Donor Development Manager for Tessera. She is a graduate of the University of Washington with a Bachelors degree in Communications.
Barb has over 25 years experience in business management. Barb built a profitable retail home medical equipment company and served as a coach and trainer of supervisors and insurance billing specialists. She transitioned to non-profit development and fundraising and most recently worked in grant management with the Science and Management of Addictions Foundation.
Barb is excited to bring her development and fundraising experience to the Tessera team.
Monique Scher is the Community Events & Development Manager for Tessera responsible for community outreach and event coordination. She is a graduate of the Fashion Institute with a degree in Merchandising.
Monique has over 20 years of experience in the health care industry and non-profit sector. She spent most of her time at PacifiCare in marketing and public relations which included developing an award winning children’s program and managing $4 million in the Foundation’s grants.
Monique is thrilled with the opportunity to work for an organization that has a clear vision and serves a community in great need.
