LEARNING CENTER

Since 2008, we have served over 300 people annually with a variety of recreational, social and educational family-friendly activities - We are now excited to announce that we have purchased a building in Bothell to call home to all of our programs, we are in the development phase for a center where people with disabilities are the first thought, not an after-thought. Through this new lifelong learning center we will be able to expand the programs we offer including: behavioral therapy, social skills training, exercise, team sports and activities, cooking and activities of daily living and other lifelong skill building activities for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Our future plans also include where, parents, caregivers and families will have access to information and resources pertinent to the issues and daily needs of a family living with autism. They will be provided with education and training to allow them to continue behavioral and skills training into the home and independent living setting.

We anticipate the lifelong learning center will be open in early Spring 2011, we will have more information to share with you on this as it develops in the coming months.
